Selected methods are free for orders from EUR 70. The threshold applies where checkout states it next to the method — in some delivery countries no method has it. The cart shows how much is missing to reach it.

We ship to 40 European countries. The full list, together with the methods available in each, appears when you select your country at checkout.

Yes. 12 countries on our list lie outside the customs or tax territory of the European Union: Andorra, Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, North Macedonia, Serbia, San Marino and Ukraine. Parcels going there clear customs, and the duty, import tax and any carrier handling fee are paid by the recipient on delivery. They are not included in the product price or in the shipping cost shown at checkout — the amount is set by the customs authority of the destination country, so we cannot state it in advance.

To the remaining countries on our list, parcels travel within the Union, with no customs clearance and no extra charges on delivery. The exceptions are territories with a separate customs or tax status — including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the Åland Islands and the French overseas departments — where, although the country belongs to the Union, parcels clear customs and are subject to local import taxes.

Yes. No logo, no company name and no marking that would suggest the contents. From the outside it is an ordinary parcel.

Yes. At checkout choose a method marked as a pickup point and select the point on the map. You collect the parcel whenever it suits you, using a code or ID.

We do not deliver to PO box addresses — the carrier needs a street and house number.

Check the tracking number first — parcels are often already waiting at the pickup point.

If tracking does not work or the parcel is delayed, write to us with your order number.
